Bluestone works one-on-one with the owners of small to mid-sized companies to improve the overall level of satisfaction with performance.

We meet with you regularly to focus on your goals, develop strategies, and help you take effective actions. During the assessment process, which precedes every project, program specifics are determined in view of your goals. As your program progresses, action steps are updated regularly. A feature of every program is a feedback loop to keep us on track. The loop ensures that you are receiving value during each phase of our work together.

Coaching programs require at least three months, and continue as long as you gain value from the program. The time needed depends upon your goals, the stage of your organization, and the time that you make available to work on your business.
